Late night in Dushanbe. I'm just back from a dinner with Savri and Shams (and a long walk with Savri and then alone). We had a bear visitor to the cafe:

Dushanbe - the Oriental Express

Vsem privet!

This is my first full day in Dushanbe. I generally like the city and enjoy meeting people here. Nice, hospital, open hearted, beautiful - these are the features of Tajik people. The city is green, has old buildings, and hosts many women wearing halats that look like extravagant underwear. Well, no more words, al said at pictures:

King Samoni (if i'm not mistaken) - the father of all Tajiks
A ball with "Dushanbe" on it

Rakhat Tea-kana - the most famous place to go in Dushanbe

Central water master piece in Dushanbe

Ministry of something

It's not a railway station - it's a historical museum
